Job Description
We are hiring a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide to provide essential care and daily living assistance to clients in their homes. This position plays a critical role in supporting individuals who are elderly, disabled, or recovering from illness, helping them maintain comfort, dignity, and independence in their daily lives.
Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

Support clients with mobility, including transferring from bed to chair or walking assistance

Help with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, and tidying up living areas

Prepare and serve meals based on dietary needs and preferences

Monitor vital signs and report changes in health or behavior to supervising nurse or family members

Provide medication reminders and ensure clients follow care plans

Offer companionship and emotional support through conversation and engagement

Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or short outings if needed
Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
-
Completion of a Home Health Aide training program or relevant certification (HHA or CNA preferred)

CPR/First Aid certification preferred

Prior experience providing personal or home care support is a plus

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Physical ability to lift, support, and assist clients as needed

Patience, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if travel is required)
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Pay Rate: $15 – $22 per hour, depending on experience and location
