Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Software Testing Assistant to support our quality assurance team in ensuring our software products meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. Responsibilities:

Execute test cases under the guidance of senior QA analysts and developers

Identify, document, and report software bugs and usability issues

Perform manual testing across different devices, browsers, and platforms

Assist in preparing testing documentation, including test plans and test reports

Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing as needed

Support in maintaining organized records of testing cycles and outcomes

Collaborate with developers, designers, and other team members to ensure high-quality releases

Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and testing techniques
Requirements:

Basic understanding of software development and QA principles

Familiarity with common testing tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, or similar) is a plus

Strong analytical and observational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or current enrollment in such a program) preferred

Some prior internship, coursework, or project experience in software testing is a plus

Pay Rate: $18 – $28 per hour depending on experience and location
