To access certain features, both job seekers (“Candidates”) and job providers (“Employers”) must register for an account.

a. Account Security

b. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process and to keep your account details updated.

c. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate any of these Terms or use the platform inappropriately.

Services Offered

9to5s.com provides a platform for:

  • Employers to post fulltime job listings and manage applications.

  • Candidates to create profiles, upload resumes, apply for jobs, and communicate with employers.

  • Admins to manage the platform, moderate listings, and provide support.

Job Posting Packages & Payments

Employers must purchase one of the following packages before posting a job:

  • Basic ($10): 1 Job Post – 35 Days – Standard Placement

  • Professional ($25): 2 Job Posts – 35 Days –  Homepage Feature

  • Business ($50): 3 Job Posts – 35 Days –  Homepage Features + Social Boost
    Payments can be made securely using PayPal or Stripe, and all listings remain active for 35 days.

a. Payment Methods

Payments are securely processed via Stripe and PayPal.

b. No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for purchased packages unless required by applicable law.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Post inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate job opportunities or candidate information.

  • Impersonate any person or entity.

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group.

  • Post content that is defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive.

We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials on 9to5s.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of the Company and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Communication & Messaging

Our platform includes a chat feature that enables communication between employers and candidates after a job application has been submitted.

  • All communications should remain professional and relevant to job opportunities.

  • We may monitor messages for quality assurance and Terms compliance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 9to5s.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of the Site.

  • Errors or inaccuracies in content.

  • Unlawful conduct by any users of the platform.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 9to5s.com, its owners, affiliates, partners, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
