Carpet Cleaning Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our cleaning services team. This role involves providing professional carpet and upholstery cleaning for residential and commercial clients, ensuring top-quality results and excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Operate carpet cleaning machines, vacuums, and other equipment to clean carpets, rugs, and upholstery

• Pre-treat and remove stains using industry-standard techniques and cleaning solutions

• Load, unload, and transport equipment and supplies to job sites

• Assess carpet conditions and determine appropriate cleaning methods

• Maintain and clean all tools and equipment after each job

• Communicate with customers to explain services, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction

• Follow safety procedures and company protocols at all times

• Report issues or customer concerns to supervisors promptly

• Provide exceptional service that reflects the company’s quality standards

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed

• Previous experience in carpet or janitorial cleaning is a plus

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Professional appearance and reliable attendance required

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Location: On-site at customer locations
Pay Rate: $15 – $25 per hour, depending on experience and region
