Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and physically fit Package Delivery Helper to assist our delivery drivers in loading, unloading, and delivering packages to customers in a timely and professional manner. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being on the move, working outdoors, and helping ensure packages get where they need to go.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist delivery driver with loading and unloading packages from the delivery vehicle

  • Carry and deliver packages to residential and commercial locations

  • Follow delivery routes and schedules as directed by the driver or dispatch team

  • Handle packages with care and ensure proper delivery to the correct recipient

  • Communicate clearly and courteously with customers during deliveries

  • Report any delivery issues or customer feedback to the supervisor

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle and equipment

  • Support driver with navigating routes and documenting deliveries when needed

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day

  • Good physical stamina and comfort working in various weather conditions

  • Strong punctuality and reliability

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills

  • Valid ID and reliable transportation to reach the delivery starting point

  • Previous experience in delivery, warehouse, or moving roles is a plus

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Flexible availability, including weekends or holidays, may be required

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Location: Local routes (no long-haul travel)
Pay Rate: $16 – $22 per hour depending on experience and region
