Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support our HR department in day-to-day administrative tasks and recruiting activities. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping people, has strong organizational skills, and is eager to grow within the HR field.
Responsibilities:

Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and exiting employees

Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, policy updates, and reports

Help coordinate training sessions, staff meetings, and company events

Respond to internal and external HR inquiries or requests and provide assistance

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

Assist with payroll and benefits administration as needed
Requirements:

Previous experience in an HR or administrative role preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management systems

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Organized, reliable, and able to multitask

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
