Job Description
Responsible for assisting the Information Technology Department with maintenance and support of computer systems and software, maintaining confidentiality at all times. Assist with managing network user accounts & email. Assist with managing video conferencing network and related hardware. Assist IT staff with deployment of computer hardware & related supplies to all agency locations.
Troubleshoot computer related hardware & software issues. Deploy, update, and support software as needed. Maintain new network solutions as needed. Travel to remote agency sites as needed, managing computer & network needs at those sites.
Provide assistance with special projects as needed, i.e. annual reports, PowerPoint presentations, etc. This is a full-time position with benefits.
